The answers no. And if you didn't know this that's fine but before you go any farther sexually with a partner I recommend you studying up on the topic of sex. Protections, the process of getting pregnant, stds, etc.

Even if the guy had just cum on his finger there is a very slim chance that would get you pregnant. If it was dried it was dead therefore can not get you pregnant even if you were ovulating. Please do some research.

  the chances of them getting you pregnant fingering pretty much zero sperm has a very short life... and is temperature sensitive... outside the body it's lifespan is so short... which is why when artificial insemination is conducted donor sperm is placed in cryogenic freezing process as rapid freeze, and storage ensures they can be used at such time as needed... if it's on the fingers or hand, by the time of reentering the body those sperm are already dead plus you need to have someway of injecting into the entrance of the cervix... simply being on the finger doesn't have that capability, now if they had used a pippet or a syringe (without the needle) and purposely ejaculated in a cup, extracted into either of those tools and injected into your cervix then yes then you would have the chance of becoming pregnant... if dry even if they had traces of sperm, the sperm would have been dead... they have such a short half life that it wouldn't matter if you was covered in the stuff

  not average lengthed fingers but still the sperm has to be propelled into the cervix... also for the fingers to enter into they would have to be very long and it could be painful as the penis doesn't enter the cirvix fully but only against the opening and the sperm is propelled at a very high rate to ensure best chance of reaching the ovaries for reproducing most the sperm die off during this process some long before they reach the ovaries and others die off before they can do their job
