I could see how some of the violent stuff could be wrong but not sure why the rest would be.

Through a religious stand point it’s considered a sin , I am not a big fan of speaking religious talk considering everyone has their own thoughts and beliefs on things but from my stand point I guess it comes down to how it effects you and your choices in life , Most of us sin every day by being drawn to things that are against God’s will or doing things that aren’t the way God wants us to do. God knows that we sin , that’s why he sacrificed for our sins , and he knows that it’s easy for us to be drawn to the Devil so all God wants us to do is believe in him and follow his path , So if porn is effecting your life or your relationship you are probably best to walk away from it and allow God to guide you , if porn doesn’t effect you or hurt you or your partner I am sure God will forgive you, God gave us freewill , so all he wants us to do is follow his ways and believe and trust in him. I don’t think you will go to Hell cuz you watched some porn but I do believe bad things can happen to you if you don’t trust in God , I am no holy roller but I have my trust in the lord to guide me by believing and trusting in him as much as I can My life has been better accepting God to lead my path I am not perfect and yes I have made mistakes through out my life but We are all imperfect people that will make bad choices through out life with freewill , so all God wants us to do is have trust in him and accept him as your savior and allow him to guide your path, God will put us through trials and tribulations to help us grow no matter how bad your life might feel and the things you are going through God just wants you to have trust and faith in him and he will get you through whatever your going through , So if you are addicted to porn you are probably best to work on steering away from it as best as you can if you aren’t addicted to it then more than likely it isn’t that bad. It comes down to

There is actually nothing to be forgiven. One takes the responsibility for themselves, and that's it. Now, porn can be addictive, and thus a danger if the family suffers from it. But then, what a pleasure if partners are able to enjoy together ! To be honest, when my wife was still alive, she didn't like it at all me watching porn. Now I'm single after she died a few years ago, meaning I don't harm anyone, not even myself, on the contrary ;0)

Some porn is nevertheless rather negative because of the twisted vision it gives of certain pratices. A small amount is on the other excellently informative. Other just exciting fun. Children watching porn is still a difficult issue, because they mostly don't dare to talk about it. Too many idiotic taboos I guess.

If porn is that much popular, should we not wonder why instead of condemning? Curiosity (of course)? Vice? Lack of information? At least it means the watcher feels they miss something in their life, and try to compensate.

Those that say it's wrong are the ones that believe in all that god bullshit which I find quite a bizarre twist since, if there is a god, wasn't it god that created us and gave us sexual organs SPECIFICALLY to HAVE sex and then told us to be fruitful and multiply?
