Can women/girls really be "bad" at blow jobs?

I feel that it would be hard to be "bad" at blow jobs. I mean, if a woman/girl can wrap her lips around a penis and move her head up and down, it can't be "bad" right?

Oh, yes, let me assure you, it is DEFINITELY possible for a woman to be bad at giving BJs. Not that there aren't women who are AMAZING at it, but, yeah, some are awful. And in my experience, the awful ones are usually also the ones who are not very enthusiastic about doing it - the enthusiastic ones have thought about it and practiced it and learned from past mistakes, for the most part.
