Hmm, I'm a female so I've obviously never been kicked in the nuts and couldn't tell you if it actually hurts or not, but I heard somewhere that human legs are generally stronger than our arms. And i guess she always says she is going to kick you in the nuts because it's a sensitive place. I can squat 200 pounds and I'm sure if I kicked a guy in the nuts it would hurt.
