I'm in the Army and we are allowed to have sex in our barracks, just no overnight guests allowed. It's easy to get around and nobody really gets mad at you if they catch you. You could also just get a hotel room if you want, that's allowed.

Are you even in the military? We sunny sleep in like a 50 man room. Most of us are in 1 to 2 man barracks.

You can try, but he would get in serious trouble if he got caught. I've had friends get in trouble for stuff like this. Do what you want, but be aware of the consequences.
