Can you help me understand what makes a man dominant or submissive?

So just going to need you to tell me if you are dominant 100% or submissive 100%... if you are a switch this ain't for you. When you give me your answer please tell me if you were raised by a single strict dominant mother orr if you had a dad and mother who was the head of your home basically, and which parents were you more close too... I am just trying to understand what makes a man what he is when he becomes a adult.

I'm submissive in the bedroom. I came from a fairly normal family. My mom was loving and nuturing, and my dad was a strict asshole.

I became submissive because of specific sexual incidents that were traumatic and happened to me in my early 20's that I generally don't talk much about.

In my case, It's safe to say that when you love someone and crave them dearly, that they can use that to torture you emotionally and that even after it's all done and over - you can still crave that 'feeling' that is now a combination of emotional torture, sexual lust, and love combined.

I'm 100% dominant in my relationships. I don't know how much of it has to do with upbringing though. My dad was a convict and enjoyed banging whores every chance he got so he wasn't ever around. My mom was a bit dominant too though. She married a few guys but also had a submissive side to her in taking care of me. It's hard to say if any of this mattered.

Ohh she clearly was attracted to dominate men so I would assume she took the submissive role in her relationship that mite be way you are dominant also your dad is dominant so that clearly shaped you to become dominant because sons always look up to their dads and want to be like them.

Im a very submissive guy. I'm closer to my dad. Mum is a bit strict as a person, so if she said no to something, was easy to get a yes from my dad. Not sure who the dominant one is between my parents tbh.

Yes. I guess my parents are balanced in a way. I feel I'm submissive because of my girlfriend. Its a new thing and she seems to have brought out the submissive in me whereas I've been able to bring out the dominant side of her's.
