It's pretty normal for some woman (and some men) to need this to feel excited enough to reach orgasm. Woman in particular need to really feel it and want it, and dirty talk can do that like nothing else.
To answer your question, you're not the only woman who has trouble reaching orgasm without dirty talk xD
