I understand nude beaches are for naked recreation and socializing. But not for sexual stuff like masturbating or sex.
I can see the reason why a person would get kicked off. But people have to understand that its a normal reaction if you're nervous or see someone who you think is attractive.
Now. If a couple or person starts do lewed conduct and etc... then they need to be kicked off.
A nude beach is not a place for that. Its for people who feel more comfortable, or like, or choose to be nude.

there are most guys who are not hard, then some guys who are hard but not for very long and that's just normal then the guys who go further go get kicked out

I went to one nude beach in my life. For the first 30 minutes I was afraid people would look. Then the next 30 minutes I was pissed off that nobody looked. lol The nude beach thing is interesting. You become invisible. No one cares. The whole thing is highly overrated. Go to a normal beach.
