I’ve been hooking up with this guy for a while and I never really paid attention to his dick when it wasn’t hard. It should definitely be noticeable that his penis is intact (has its foreskin) when his penis is soft. For most guys with intact penises, the foreskin naturally retracts from the head when he's erect. But I don't understand why your boyfriend is making such a big deal about it.

You should be able to tell yes. He shouldn’t have got mad though. I mean really? But You would prob know by a HJ or BJ. When your stroking you would feel if there was skin pulling back near the head or not. If you touched the head of it inserting it into you you’d know too if you just felt head you’d know it was circumcised versus if you felt skin.
