A few people have mentioned genetic abnormalities, to which my response is, "So what?" They're abnormalities, and rare ones too, and do not represent a third sex. We still only have X and Y chromosomes; there aren't any W or Z, denoting a gender that is neither male nor female.

Yeah it is. But also certain conditions exist.
You don’t understand the development of the human brain en utero. I thought like you until I researched it. Our brains begin as one gender then change early on if they are to become the other ( I think it’s female first but may be wrong, been awhile) and sometimes the change doesn’t take place along with the rest of the body or vice versa. Best to read up on it because it does make sense. I’m fortunate that I feel like what I am and sympathize deeply for anyone feeling trapped in the wrong one.

People can be born with that obvious genetic issues, but some are not so obvious. How do you know transgenderism is just a less obvious one?

I fully agree. I’m not going to discredit people who “identifies” as a different gender but if we’re taking in a matter of definition, they are still biologically the gender that they were born as. I will still respect their preferred pronouns and stuff but at the end of the day, chopping your dick off still won’t make you female.
