It is better hygenically if you don't take basic care of your hygien (original reason for it). If you shower once or twice a week that advantage goes away though.

As far as playing with.. for the other person it is probably the same.
For the guy, it does desensitize you a little as the years go by. Meaning less pleasure. Which I feel makes it worse.

First with God instructing Abraham to mark himself, his sons and their slaves and then with Moses and co freeing the christiand from this brand of servitude. So that's that. It stands for religious slavery. Well done you. Worth noting is that this also does not reflect the actual practice of modern circumcision. Moving on to the circumcision of today and specifically U. S. A. John Harvey Kellogs, the cereals guy, was a surgeon and known to be very chaste (keeping this neutral, he was a devout sex hater). He is responsible for the commercial success of modern circumcision and it was wholly intended as masturbation prevention.
