Just to be clear - I'm straight, I've had several female sexual partners and I'm not really interested in doing anything with guys. Yet, the idea of a circumcised penis intrigues me. You are not the only one. For me, it is the idea of having the glans exposed that is my fetish. I was born in Europe, lived for 30 years in Africa, watched American Porn. I simply find that the exposed glans is more attractive and healthier.
I don't want to get you too excited, but I practice something called "autocircumcison". It is simply the practice of keeping one's foreskin retracted all the times. My prefered cut is the 'low and loose', with having some skin to play with. I do that by tucking the foreskin underneath itself.
I have tried to simulate high-and-tight, but I wasn't very successful. The method is quite simple but tricky to get it just right. What I do, I retract as much as I want to. I then stick the retracted foreskin to the shaft of the penis with a plaster. I use the 25mm wide plaster off a roll.
It would also help to have the pubic hairs shaven for the plastering (and unplastering) process to be as painless as possible. Upon an erection, it will feel very tight. By using a condom, the plaster is protected against getting wet.
