Well, I'm not in my 30s yet. But from my late teen years (I became sexually active at 17) to my now mid-ish 20s... with life responsibilities in the way and challenging my energy towards work and my self growth... I must be honest that I'm not as sexually promiscuous as I was when I was in highschool/freshman & junior years of uni where I'd crave a quickie or doing a sexual deed or want to be sexually touched/relieved at random times and places (I was one to find an unlocked tutorial room/lecture hall, empty stairwell, library study rooms, in between bookshelves with the guy I was with... I'm not as risque lol. Or maybe it's cause there's not that many opportunities for me to be? Lol I'm not sure.

But I am more so open to exploring sexual play and fantasies (have gotten into things like being cuffed, blindfolded, playing with hot wax...), and am more in tune with knowing what I enjoy and don't enjoy. When my body is in the mood, a sex session with the boyfriend can go for a good 2hrs.

That's not true. My sex drive at 40 waa the same as 20 abd hasn't diminished

I probably had some lowering of drive post 35, but not that big, maybe 15-20% lower, that's all.

My sex quality was downhill by my 30s, but that's because of the state of my marriage.
