Contraceptive pill break?

I have taken three pill packs continuously with no break. Im taking a 4 day break after I finish current pack.

Can I take a break every month like i used to or must i take three pill packs again for another pill break?

Don't take a break. Talk to your doctor if you don't like the pill.

The pill essentially fools your body into think it's already pregnant. By taking extended breaks and going back on it, you risk feeling the readjustment effects all over again. It also reduces its efficiency - so do you want to get pregnant?

If you don't like the pill, talk to your doctor about other birth control methods.

Why are you talking so many continually? Is there a reason? On the other note I don’t think so it is safe to do so, as it will affect your periods cycle
