Despite 4th wave feminism, Millennial women are more broke, less accomplished, more depressed than Boomer/Gen X women & Millennial MEN. How?

4th wave feminism wasn't about women getting ahead. It was about social media "gRRl power", pussy hats, gender swaps of movie characters, forcing magazines to showcase fat women, and calling men misogynists for disagreeing with you.
Vote A
This is because misogyny still exists and the system reacted to 4th wave feminism by further oppressing women. This is why millennial women couldn't get ahead even with all the opportunity we had in the modern world

  • Seriously guys give an other category please. There's always more than two options when you ask questions like this. Personally I see feminism as more of a mindset than anything else, and that mindset unfortunately isn't simply just limited to the male gender. When something is a part of your personality it carries with you everywhere you go, including your career. When you hate the other gender so much, or maybe you just see them as a paycheck, or meal ticket then you're going to be single for a very long time, and you're going to have trouble socializing. You just because you hate something, doesn't make it disappear. There are men and women in the workplace, and everywhere else you're going to go. By all means, feel free to get upset at me for standing up when I pee, for not being good at cleaning my own home, for not being the one that gives birth to the kids, or whatever else you have reason to hate the male gender. Feminism is simply just the antagonistic opposite to masculinism. What we should all be aiming for is equality rather than opposing dominance among genders. Before anyone starts jumping down my throat about equality meaning that men should give birth to oh, that's not how this works. Equality just means having mutual respect for the opposite gender and treating them as a partner, rather than a rival. There are things that women will be better at then man, and things men will be better at than women. It won't always be universal. There will sometimes be exceptions, and both genders will always have their own limitations. It is unreasonable to expect the opposite gender to be able to do something just because yours can. Instead you should simply just accept their limitations and be supportive. Guys can't give birth any more than women can get someone else pregnant. That's just the way it is. For your own sake please try to be reasonable.

  • Because they take puffy SJW and obscure courses in college, and have huge student debt that food service can not pay down. Then they blame the patriarchy because nobody wants to hire a time bomb.

    • I was in a relationship with a 31 year old woman like the one you described. Got a SJW type degree in 2010. 7 years of not being able to find a decent job. Went back for a masters in "Performance Therapy" a few years back and now can't find a solid job anywhere so she's turned into a turbo feminist that wants to destroy all men because the according to her patriarchal technocrats and scientists keep women out of stem. Really read that again. Men keep women out of STEM even though it was totally her choice to study gender studies and world culture.

    • My great grandparents came through WW2 taught the formula for achieving the American Dream. Behave yourself during your adolescence. Get adequate grades in high school. Get a useful college or trade school education. Get a productive job. Get (and stay) Married Have children Live a frugal life and plan for the future. Subsequent generations from Woodstock onward have sought to shortcut that system, convinced they can "have it all" on their terms, such as prospering with a degree in Norwegian Gay Dance.
