Dick issues, can you help?

Sex with a condom is unpleasurable, I can't even cum from it. I'm afraid of having unprotected sex also because the skin around my dick can feel tightish and I feel it will hurt.

When it comes to sex most of the time I have trouble getting an erection and it's not because I can't but I have some kind of anxiety issue to get me going when I'm with a woman. On my own I'm fine.

I got some viagra from a doctor awhile back but they did fuck all to help.

Any help with my situation would be good

  • The issue is probably not physical at all. Anxiety can cause loss of erection. It’s not uncommon. You just need to relax as much as you can and realize it’s just sex, don’t put any pressure on yourself. Let things happen naturally and don’t overthink it. I’m confused why you think sex without a condom would hurt. You’ll probably be pleasantly surprised if you try it. The added stimulation will probably help you maintain your erection too.

  • Fenugreek helps with erections and male pattern hair loss (there’s studies on it). Horny goat weed is the more natural version of viagra. Maca root helps with sex drive and stamina. Saw palmetto is also another good one. Do you research on the stuff I sent and find what works for you. Amazon has lots of reviews on each of these as well. Hope this helps!

    • As for anxiety, ashwagandha lowers cortisol levels and helps calm you and so does chamomile. Hemp gummies also help with anxiety (they’ve help my anxiety).

if so get to health centre, chat to doctor and discuss.

the fact at your age getting viagra does point to some form of sexual anxiety, again a doctor is a good step but try for referral to sexual health clinic as well.

    • The doctors are shit when I talk about my sexual situation and my dick, apparently when they check they say there are no issues

    • Hence talk to sexual health clinic A sexual health practitioner will likely refer you to someone able to provide better help and advice. A normal GP, should really refer you to one

    • I'll see if they will, they didn't last time
