Men (specifically young men) seem to think that if they become aroused by a female it is then that female's "moral duty" or whatever to address said issue and bring him to sexual release. Otherwise she's a bitch. But that's not true at all. He has a hand. He can correct his own issue. Blue balls is a term guys use when you've bruised their ego by not getting them off sexually. Sure, his balls my hurt, but sexual release (masturbation - something he can do himself) will solve his problem just fine.
