Did my friends with benefits say no due to bro code or did this guy just change his mind?

long story short- im sleeping with one of my guy friends, the only time I've met his friends was on a night out and i was drunk therefor dont remember them. i started following one of toms friends on instagram. tom didn't know and his friend jack didn't know im friends with tom let alone that I've been fucking him. anyway jack followed me back and messaged me we had a convo i asked him if he knew tom by any chance (they have the same job) at the end of the convo he stated that we should hangout some time. i replyed with yeah sure :) he hasn't messaged me since. this was 2 weeks ago. do you think he mentioned me to tom? even so wouldn't that just make jack try harder hoping i'll sleep with him too? or did tom tell him he can't cause it bro code or whatever? i thought he was a nice guy and would have loved to get to know him better even just as a friend. what are the chances of tom telling him no and jack just changing his mind cause he knows his mates already been there?

I can't imagine that he would try even harder if he had a convo with his mate about you. I think it would probably put a bloke off if he knew a mate had "already been there," although I haven't been able to isolate why yet. Something about feeling less valuable.

No, i dont think yr friend said anything. If a guy says something we dont just let the girl hanging we tell her that we can't and make up an excuse which sounds just in our head (lol usually its bizarre and the girl thinks we are ass's) He must be busy or something has come up in his life which is keeping you away, maybe an old friend is in town or something is going on in his family which is keeping him from contacting you
