Did they? THEY PERFECTED KINKS AND FETISHES back then. There isn't a single modern kink or fetish (aside from those that require electronics) that wasn't done much harder and much kinkier during the Victorian era. I’m not so sure they had too many kinks/fetishes way back. If they did, they probably did it with clothes on. They wore so much clothing, both men and women, I suspect it took much longer to disrobe than today.
