Males in general don't care as much as girls care in regards to you shaving down there... but keep in mind that a 15 year old male is just a boy. He's not a man. You should never care that much what boys think because their state of maturity is always a little behind us females Lol.
If he really loves you and cares about you, he's not going to care.
But... if you are starting to become sexual with him, I advise you get comfortable REAL quick with communicating the need for birth control as well as what you like/don't like. That way you both are on the same page and he's not making you do anything that makes you embarrassed or uncomfortable or that you don't want to do. The more openly/casually you can talk about sex with him, the better off you'll be.
