Dishonesty And Pornography in a Christian Marriage

I’ve been married almost 4 years, have been with this guy nearly 10 years, I would think he knows my views on looking at naked women.

But don't lie to me...Please.

The Conversation:

It was about 40 minutes before he actually had to go to work so he left early because he was mad at me, in a way I don’t blame him but in a way he doesn’t have the right to be mad because he is only doing it to himself.

I asked him how he was doing on his issue and what we had discussed a few weeks ago about him telling me okay I won’t do it again. That being a lie, I fell for it again, and it's not the first time I fell for it.

I peeked at his phone, he doesn’t leave any trace usually as he has learned to use Private Browsing, on his phone, the only thing he is forgetting to do is close off the window entirely so I know he is searching something.

He told me he couldn’t trust me for looking at his phone, I told him back, I couldn’t trust him *calmly* for saying he isn’t going to do something and he still does it behind my back and lies to my face.

And I had asked him if he could talk to anyone from church about it, he just completely flat out told me no, I asked him does he think he could handle it on his own, he told me yes.

I asked him, why does he think he could because he’s always told me he won’t do it and he still does it.

Truth hurts yes, but we are more likely to forgive the truth than a lie.

I am nearly ready to give up on him and I, he tells me he loves me and all that but when it comes down to it, I feel like he doesn’t, not that it is about me, but which does he love more? Looking up naked women all the time and hiding it or his wife that doesn’t look at it pornography or naked women or anything that would upset him because HE is ENOUGH for me.
