Do black guys get judged more harshly for their penis size?

We all know men are judged on their penis size. I'd generally expect something around 6 inches to pop out when I unzip a white guy. If anything less than 5 inches springs out I'm kinda disappointed. So if I was to get blacked and he only pulled out 6 inches I'd feel kinda cheated.
There's a general belief that black guys are bigger. I'm not going to argue if that's true or not just that it's a general belief. So my question is how do white girls react when they find out a black guy doesn't have a monster cock?
It doesn't really surprise me I found out a long time ago race doesn't corrolate with penis size. I've known guys of different races to have different sizes. I'm white and very well hung. I've known big guys who were black, white, west/middle Asian, idian, latino orgin and also guys who were no more than small to average.
It probably is a tough time for black guys if there is this urban legend expectation placed on them to be all hung like a horses.
