That’s funny. Based on what I have experienced in my life, guys do look, maybe not in the sexual way but they do take a quick glance. Through my experience, MOST (obviously not all, settle down) guys will take a peek if the opportunity presents itself. Whether it be curiosity of what the individual girl's got going on or to get a arousing kick out of it, they look.
