I guess that if you want to become pregnant, you have no other choice but to accept to receive a certain amount of it. Now, whether they like that sperm or not is different with everyone.
It is like with cookies or fruit. Not everyone likes them to the same extend. I do personally prefer oat cookies to those that contain a high quantity of chemicals to make them look good but that in the same time harm your health.
I prefer apricots to strawberries for example, so I cannot make a general statement that I like fruit. I do like some of them while I don't appreciate others to the same extend.
The same does apply for semen. A few might like it while another group has a total aversion for it. I personally belong to the second group as, just like cookies that contain too many chemicals, semen can also potentially ruin your health.

Again, I can only speak for myself. I don't like that stuff and it is certainly not something I would be consuming. I honestly don't want to vomit.
Ok, have a nice day👍

There are quite a few questions about girls and their like for male ejaculate. At least you didn’t ask do you “love” sperm like the last person I answered about this topic. That is a pretty strong word. Thankfully, you said like.
I tend to agree with @sueshe on this one. It is largely going to be on the girl and the intent of the sperm. Would I like it if I were trying to get pregnant and start a family? Yep. Kind of necessary so I would be all in favour of sperm for that purpose.
Do I like it for any other purpose? Not really. My SO’s bodily fluids during intimacy is a thing that happens but not something I marvel at and go “oh wow!”. Know what I mean?
Just as he is likely and equally unimpressed at my bodily functions during sex. It just happens and there is not much to like about that compared to the actual act of intimacy with someone you love.
