Do girls really always have violent orgasms?

I always notice that in p*rn, even in the kind that seems to be less scripted and more real (aka ft. amateurs), the girls always seem to have these violent orgasms. Their bodies will convulse, they'll shake, scream, etc. Its blatantly obvious they are having an orgasm. I'm sure in some cases its an act, but in many others it really doesn't seem to be. I just know I've rarely ever seen or heard of a girl having such an orgasm in real life where it looks like they are about to die. So girls, are your orgasms always really that intense (if ever) like that or are they typically more subtle?

I take a prescription that gives me hyperesthesia. It just means that I feel everything to an intense level, even pain. I have violent orgasms every time I have sex. fake. P*rn is fantasized sex in other words most often fake. and even amateur p*rn is still based on fantasized notions of sex. Not many people would want to see a woman quiver a little and silently moan, it may be realistic but it's not what the p*rn fantasy is about.

Always? No. Sometimes? Oh yeah. Yeah two of my female friends admitted to not even being able to fully orgasm. They claimed it was too sensitive and intense. They claimed they would stop themselves before they reached full climax. Obviously as a guy I don't understand that, but things are different for us. Just saying you aren't the first girl I've known to say something to this effect. We used to tease them about it to give them sh*t (partially because we found out by their mistake), but I guess its quite common.

Not always, but they do happen. Shaking and convulsing isn't uncommon for me, but outright screaming is rare. It depends on how the orgasm was reached I think. They can be so subtle and quiet you wouldn't think it actually happened.
