In civilized countries, this is certainly not the case. However, in retrograde countries like the US, hoes and other girls with no morale or little education will probably walk around not wearing any underwear.

Little do they know that by doing that, they expose themselves to potential health issues such as infections of the vaginal tract through dust and other pathogens.

It does not really show much intelligence to walk around without underwear, knowing of those potential dangers and also knowing that by behaving that deviant way, they are subjecting themselves to potential sexual assault.

But then, did the US ever have any decency? Of course not!

I have on occasion, but it’s rare. I have several pairs running shorts that have a lining in them that’s like panties built into the shorts, so I don’t usually wear panties with those shorts. Otherwise, I almost always wear panties.

I rarely wear them anymore. I stopped wearing them years ago so I wouldn’t have panty lines with leggings and yoga pants and I liked how comfortable it was. It just snowballed from there to not wearing them under jeans or dresses either. The only time I wear them is if I’m wearing a shorter skirt so I don’t accidentally give someone a show.
