We know that this happens to a lot of male virgins, but from both genders. I had a co-worker once who was 21 and one of the other girls who was 18 and wasn't a virgin was putting the 21 year-old girl down for being one. I thought that was ridiculous. Do females who are virgins ever deal with other women scrutinizing them or jeering at them for being virgins?

Sometimes. Women can be very nasty to each other over the tiniest things. A lot of those sexist double standards you hear women complaining about are usually enforced by other women.
There was a lot of that going on when I was in a high school. Losing your virginity was seen as some kind of achievement.

I was a late term virgin or whatever its called and I don't think I was made fun for being a virgin but it is isolating because you can't discuss things with friends etc or you're always on the sidelines while they're having fun sort of vibes.
