I don't simply because I do not find anything positive about causing serious pain. Real rape seems to be about causing both physical pain and emotional pain in order to make the victim somehow worth less than the rapist. That whole dynamic seems to be a product of excessive religiosity and is rather mystifying to me.
That said, I'm quite into dominance, pain play and forced sex. The difference to me is that both people in BDSM activities are getting off on pushing limits. It strengthens the sub and softens the Master. While rape and BDSM can seem very similar on simple inspection, they tend to be completely opposite in reality.

The unique part of this fantasy is the reaction of the woman which can be any of the following:
- completely oblivious to the sex she's engaged in
- cheerfully accepting of his actions
- tolerant of his sex acts but fully engaged in another activity (washing dishes, texting, office work etc.)
This may sound bad or sexist or something but to me if a girl has a rape fantasy then that's perfectly normal but when a guy has a fantasy of raping a girl.. Then that sounds wrong. Because a guy could go out and rape a girl anytime he wants to fufill his fantasy. I know a guy could safely practice bdsm, or a rape role play with a girl who's willing, but still..

For me and probably for most guys, the fantasy is to be dominant with a completely willing woman, to have her accept whatever I want sexually. For women, rape fantasies allow them to enjoy doing something sexual without having to take responsibility for it. Thinking about it or acting it out with a partner she trusts also lets her try things she might be embarrassed about like bondage or anal. But for guys, a rape fantasy would just mean he can't get a woman and has to force himself on her. It's not a positive thing for guys.
