Is it a turn on for guys during sex, kissing, touching...
If so why? If not why? 

Also, side note I've notice guys are not really vocal, why is that?

Moaning, no. It's such an "expected" thing that a lot of girls fake moans. If I really think the moans are natural, maybe. Other sounds that aren't moaning are alright though.

Maybe it's because I don't make any sounds. I just don't understand where the moaning comes from.

It might be a little weird to moan from kissing but it's fine when you're being touched or having sex. It shows that he's doing the right thing and that you like it.
