Because it's what's most portrayed in the media. Also that's one of the things guys comment on the most. Since I have rather a petite figure, I usually go unnoticed unless I intentionally wear revealing clothes to showcase my body. About once a year, I post a poll regarding guys preferences for boob size. The responses are rather consistent. About 20-30% of guys prefer big boobs (36D and larger,) about 20-30% prefer medium boobs (34C to 36C,) about 20-30% prefer smaller boobs (34B and smaller,) and 20-30% have no preference as long as they get to play with them. So, whatever size your boobs are, about half of all guys either actually prefer your size or they like all boobs, including your size. Guys who have no preference often comment that what they want is a girl with boobs that are proportionate to her size. A girl who is 5' 1" and 105 lbs would look great with 32A-34B boobs while that would look a bit unusual on a girl who is 5' 6" and 140 lbs.
