I have no preference, whether a tightly tucked Innie, a long-winged Outie or something in between. Both have advantages. Seeing as how the vagina is an internal organ I've never seen an outer vagina, perhaps you're referring to the vulva or more specifically the inner labia. I prefer an outie which refers to the inner labia which is connected to the the clit hood, protruding out past the outer labia.

Doesn't matter to me. If you're the one that's questioning and has big labia or lips, you can have surgery. Basically like a breast reduction for labia. Have to find rt plastc surgeon to do it.
