I always just saw chokers as a fashion accessory. I mean every girl wears some sort of necklace with their outfits. Girls accessorize. All those things make women look more feminine and desirable.

Some chokers look like BDSM dog collars. But some are extremely elegant. A choker shows off a woman's graceful neck and draws the eye to her throat. They can look very feminine and sexy.
