Only in the sense that an older man may be more skilled in the bedroom and with more experience he is more relaxed and can control it longer because he can control his excitement level. I don't believe there is any correlation to age and how long you can last. There are methods a man can use to last longer and cum when he wants to, regardless of his age. But generally speaking since sex isn't so much like, "holy shit! I'm getting laid with this hot girl!" as in his teen years, so on that basis alone, he may last longer.

Yes, it seems so.
When you are young and just starting to have sex usually a hard stare or just a woman's touch and you are done.
It seems the more often you have sex the longer it takes to have your happy ending.
Not saying that the sex isn't as exciting or pleasurable, but you build up a bit more resistance to the friction so it can take longer.
However, being older there are some nights I can go on forever, and there are other times that she has me so worked up I cannot last long at all.
Maybe more foreplay would speed things along.
There are also some medications that can make it harder or take longer to cum, and as we age the nerve endings are just not as sensitive as they were when you are 20.
