I want to know because I've heard some men aren't even willing to have sex with their pregnant girlfriend! and/or they find her much less attractive thanks to the body changes and especially the big belly!
Then on the other hand, there are men out there who seem to have a pregnancy kink and a weakness for pregnant women in general. I've heard few such guys talking and they agreed that a pregnant woman is a beautiful sight.

Yeah--unless a dude has a kink (and there are plenty who do) a woman is far, FAR more attractive BEFORE she's pregnant than during. For some there's a BRIEF period just after pregnancy but before they're really showing where they can be hotter--usually if they get some extra boobage before the giant belly surfaces.
Pregnant woman is turn off.
