There is an ideal that most would prefer in a perfect world (firm, full, and perky) but the vast majority of men are a lot more realistic and a lot less picky than we are given credit for. If a girl has tits that are closer to the ideal, that's a nice bonus, but most guys don't expect or demand that, and in the vast majority of cases, guys are going to be happy with whatever she's got (at least, if they are natural - a lot of guys hate implants and it's a deal-breaker for some).
Mostly, we don't like to be lied to, whether that's implants, bra inserts, 3-cup-size wonder bras, or whatever. Most guys are fine with smaller boobs or saggy boobs, etc., but they want to be able to make that decision for themselves without being deceived.
Women wouldn't like it if guys stuffed their pants - can you imagine seeing a big dick outline on a guy only to find out he's got a fake dick in his pants? - so it shouldn't be difficult to understand why guys don't like it either.
But, yes, most men are going to be happy with whatever you have naturally. There may be a few outliers where this is less true, but the world is not fair. Those few exceptions don't disprove the rule, though.

Neither. It was at this body paint party I went to with some friends. I volunteered to be painted so I was fully stripped down. This dude started talking to me. He was kinda cute, nice eyes and smile smile. After a few minutes, he legit told me "I'm sorry, you have a really pretty face, but your boobs just look too weird for me." To which, like any other girl, I was taken aback cause who the hell ever actually gets told that? And then yeah, I ask why, what makes them weird? Perky is preferred, but it's not a big deal. For most of us, it's option B, but A is a bonus.
If I'm choosing whether a woman is relationship material (girlfriend or wife), honestly the look, size or shape of her breasts/tits are not a deciding factor. It doesn't matter if they sag, that's just natural.
Youth certainly has its advantages in the way most of the world view tits.
