No way. They can try. They can hurt with you they love you so much, but it’s not possible to understand without experience.
Describing the feeling of ripping and tearing of your uterine lining, then squeezing in chunks through a helluva sensitive cervix, that’s hurting more than usual when touched, being busy doing all the work, for days, only gets them so far.
Then try explaining briefly rotating pain to lower back and back to abdomen. Add in sensitive breasts and sore joints. Migraines… It can hurt a lot. Lucky girls who don’t get them so rough.

Some can be empathetic, some flat out do not get it. When you get those ones that make you faint, look out, yeah they can be that bad. If they care enough to ask or do something kind for you thats good enough for me. So I would say yes and no

I can't know what your cramps are like, as I know period cramps can be mild to very severe, but I do suffer regular abdominal cramps myself due to a medication that I take, and it is very unpleasant.
My ex wife had fairly bad period cramps and insisted on sex during her periods, as it helped ease them for her.

It’s an incomparable pain so they don’t really “understand” how it feels because they don’t have that anatomy.

I forget myself, until that time of the months creeps back on me again. I have a medical condition that can make my pain very similar to a contraction. I’ve been to A and E multiple times due to the pain alone.

See on a pain index something like a liver punch is like an 8 or 9 where as a period is likely a 2. Pain gets much fucking worse. There are soldiers who have had their limbs blown off.
