Do most women have a mommy/plutonic caregiver fetish?

Everyone women I’ve been with is into weird stuff like mothering a grown man and treating me like I’m a child. Feeding me with breast milk and a whole list of other weird stuff. I engaged in it because I wanted to please them and when I like someone my brain shuts and I go stupid with love hormones. I don’t why am I the only guy I know this happens to. This never happens to any of my guy friends. I’m thinking it’s probably because I seem very passive because I seem very quiet/shy to them and they think they can just get away with doing this care taker bs to me.

I don't think many women are into feeding their man their breast milk... I know some women like taking care of their guy though. But maybe your nature just attracts the ones who like to take care of people? Not sure.

For me, I personally prefer to be taken care of, while taking care of them too. I don't want to be babied by or mothering my partner all the time

Yeah I think I just attract weird women. I don’t enjoy being taken care I like to be the dominant one.

I’m shy around women at first, but once I get use to them I talk freely. Also I like when me and the girl are both honest with each of I see she’s being agreeable and not telling me something I ask her what’s wrong and try to make her feel safe. But that fetish is annoying. I’m thinking about being more of dick for now on, so I can get normal girls.

I wouldn't resolve to being a dick. I would just be considerate of the girl and take care of her. If she's on her period that day, get her a hot pack if she needs it. If she's cold, give her something that'll make her warmer. Little things like that makes us feel like we're being cared for. I hope you'll find someone that gives you the opportunity to look after them.
