I do to an extent. It's just not as simple as a number. If two different people had sex with 5 different people each. Person A can have been a virgin until a week ago and then had sex with 5 different people in the week. While person B could have had sex with those 5 throughout a period of 7 years, having had a relationship with each person. Those two have different values when it comes to sex and that's what I would focus on in a partner. Not their number as a whole. And it's just that so many have a number in their head to what is the line between promiscuity and not, and that number is often based on their own subjectivity. But hey, that is fair if you just have a set of values that you uphold to yourself as well. The issue for me mostly, is when someone is looked down upon simply based on that number alone, even if it's not a possible future partner. Or when someone who has had sex with.. I don't know 12 says they will only marry a virgin, but hey the others are still good enough to fuck. In all, I just don't view it as a simple number to judge someone, because there's more to it than that. And I don't uphold others to a standard I don't uphold myself.

Here in Europe this will not work. Most women believe that it is wrong to care about virginity or body count even if they themselves have had no sex or few partners. In a way they get angry on behalf of their friends or they just believe it's every woman's choice.
