I dunno how old you mean, but personally, if I jack off as a married guy in my 30s, it’s thinking about my wife or else nobody in particular at all (maybe just a vague concept of a sexy scenario). It’s only happened maybe 3 times, all of which my wife knows about. I avoid doing it because it makes my wife upset with herself over having left my sex-drive unattended long enough to even need to consider masturbation.

For the record, I’m under the impression my response to this question is very much atypical. I speak from the perspective of someone with somewhat traditional Christian values regarding sex, which probably won’t represent the average guy these days.
