I cannot speak for all mature women but my circle of friends have very high sex drives. Mine is stronger than when I was younger... but is this physical or mental? I have much more confidence for example.

Women’s sex drives go all over the place at that age. Some go up, some go down. The ones who go up are more likely to be actively dating than those who go down, who are more likely to “give up” on dating.
