Do people still believe in marriage before sex?

To each their own! Different things work for different people.

I think if I got into a really healthy and committed long term relationship I would have sex. On the other hand, I believe in God and I feel like establishing a platonic relationship first and allowing God to bless the relationship could create a beautiful marriage.

I do, and I still have my abstinence card from elementary school. I plan to give it to my future husband on the night we get married.

It depends on the culture, in western cultures, Latin American and some Asian countries I'd say only a little minority of them believe in marriage before sex while the vast majority of people in the middle east and north African countries won't marry a non virgin.

Personally no, I wouldn't have sex unless I'm in a committed relationship but I use sex with my partner as entertainment, stress relief and bonding... I'd marry him if I could but for family/ personal reasons we have to wait for at least a year still

Well that would suck to get married and find out y'all aren't sexually compatible and get divorced later because of it, I think finding if you're sexually compatible before marriage is a good thing

I think it is wise to sleep with someone before marrying them  To see if you two are great in bed together before making a huge decision  Same with living with them before marriage

Its outdated tradition that never really made sense. Nobody is a "sinner" or "impure" after premarital sex. Also marriage disappears more and more (traditional marriages in church became very rare here). And in the US more people go against marriage because it sets the man in a big disadvantage in case of divorce
