I imagine it would be nothing like either gender, the structure has been changed drastically to look like an opposing organ, yet it lacks that organ's sensation functionality, and since it's former form is gone, it also lacks its previous sensation functionality.

It would be similar to having your genitals partially removed, so sensations may be muted, painful, or dead/numb in that area. Those kinds of surgeries cause serious nerve damage in the genital region, because the nervs are literally being torn apart.

I have been in two friends with benefits relationships with pre-op transgender women. They were both on hormones and I met each of them 5+ years into their transition. Both could get erections and feel sensations and have great orgasms - but when they orgasmed, not much would shoot out and it would be watery (not thick) cum.

They both explained to me that the sensations/feelings and orgasms were the same as before hormones and transitioning - but the cum volume and cum thickness was what changed.

No they do not. Just like trans men don't have the same sensations as women or as other men trans women don't have the same sensations as women or other men. In fact once they've had the surgery done they will never have the same sensations that they had prior to the surgery nor will they ever have the same sensations that somebody who was born with said parts will have
