I mean males generally just randomly grab /caress / hold/ play and even jerk their penis while just chilling in bed /sofa watching TV or listening to music and sometimes it even leads to masturbation...

What about the ladies? Do the ladies touch/feel/play/finger their genitals just randomly sitting/lying in bed and it can even lead to masturbating?

Every morning when I have a shower, I wash my face body and hair. Then when I get dressed, do my hair and put on my makeup. When I put on hand cream I rub my hands together, when I am cold I rub my arms. I strongly believe that no women, and men object for that matter, do the same. In recent years however, it is getting accepted, but it is recommended to actually have a mate to have sex with because it can be a bad thing to do that often without some sort of partner. Social conditioning plays a major role in telling truth for such things. Masturbating does not really tone down your sex hormones; it gives them a quick release they can easily bounce back from. The difference is that relying on it for long term would not be good. It is normal for girls and women to masturbate, there is no right or wrong frequency for masturbation.
