  Trust me, it doesn't make you >special< - I'm not trying to sound rude, I just used to be that girl. It just means they think you're fun and they know they can get sex from you. I used to think that if guys wanted to have sex with me often and kept in contact then it must've meant I was special to them, but it was usually because they didn't want to risk losing someone they could readily have sex with and have fun at the same time.
