No condom at all is best for both men and women, but obviously there's reasons for not wanting to have condomless sex.
Ultra thins are much better than regular condoms to say the least. I can feel more of her and her warmth and vise versa as she tells me. However, do know they aren't as safe as regular condoms. So I would recommend being on birth control if you choose to use them.

Either way, you'd want to be on birth control for thin or no-condom at all just for safety. in my opinion, if you have to be on BC already why not just use no condom and have both partners pleasure? Obviously this isn't the same for everyone though, since some couples can't handle the idea of a kid but some would be okay if something bad did happen.
