Well, it's a choice made by each individual trans person. Many trans people actually don't go through with surgery. But if a trans woman does decide to go through with the surgery, then yes, they do get given a vagina. In very, very basic terms (I'm not trans, nor am I a surgeon, so I can't be too technical here, obviously! :P ) the penis gets turned inside out and becomes a functional, sensitive vagina. The clitoris is made from part of the penile glans and does have nerves and sensitivity like your 'normal' one, so yes, it's pleasurable.
If the surgeon can't use the penis to create the vagina, then it can be done with skin grafts from other places, such as the thighs or the hips. It's not as sensitive if that happens, but the vagina itself (the hole basically) would be the same, and it'd still be pleasurable.
Of course, before surgery, trans women also go through hormone and voice therapy, so their bodies become more feminine elsewhere too.0 0 0 0Not every transgender men go through with the surgery because it's expensive or they don't want to.
As far as I know, they don't feel the same pleasure as women. You can't build nerves from scratch. Though, they still get pleasure from what was the penis. They don't removed the penis, they build the vagina from the penis2 0 0 0the head of the penis is turned into the "clit". so they feel pleasure but obviously it won't be the same since it wasn't the original equipment.
I don't believe they remove anything. They alter things to resemble a vagina keeping nerves as intact as possible. I know someone has explained it to me before so I'm being pretty vague so I don't get completely inaccurate from lack of memory. Lol

They have their penis inverted and turned into something that resembles a vagina but technically isn't ine. I think they also need to have maintainance on it and need to use this special lubricating gel.
1 0 0 0Transgenders do not have their sexual reproductive parts altered unless they choose to, when then would make them transsexual. Transgendered people are simply born as one gender and as they are growing, do not feel as though they are truly the sex that was assigned to them at birth (through genitalia). They can remain transgender and only change their appearance and and take on a role to reflect the gender they identify with or they can later agree to surgery or hormone treatments to physically change their bodies to reflect what they identify with. If they do choose the surgery from penis to vagina, I believe some nerves are salvaged and placed properly so that they may still receive pleasure. Technology and medical enhancements have come a long way.
Aye, they just get a cyborg vagina manufactured at the VagiCorp factories and stitched up to their gaping wound. Easy peasy
