Well yes and no if you spread your legs without precaution then it's not an accident on the other hand if you literally are on the pill and got the implant aswell as the guy having a condom on and for sone unlikely scenario the condom splits and the pill fails aswell as the implant akl at the same time then its accidental.

The answer to prevent it is simple, don't do stupid shit like that, but they should absolutely be given care and do everything to save their life. Their is actually some really valid reasons for abortion though you have failed to mention one bieng the fact that why would you want to carry the child of a rapist if they raped you and you got pregnant that way i know i certainly couldn't don't think i could actually love the child either because of where it came from it didn't come from loving place it came from a hateful place then abortion makes a lot of sense.

Oh, I agree - I wasn't trying to imply that it wasn't an accident. Mostly complaining out loud that doctors - especially non GPs - are terrible at talking about drug interactions and possible complications. Too many women have no idea about those things, and are put needlessly at risk for an unwanted pregnancy that isn't their fault.
