It all depends on the laws, most laws would consider it to be illegal but a former friend married a girl age 16 and at the age, he was 39 but it never worked out but in the State of Pennsylvania cause her mother signed legal consent for the guy to be her legal guardian then they went to the magistrate and he had to sign for her to marry him see everything had to be legal
