Let's start from scratch. "Cumming" does not mean shooting sperm or white creamy stuff anything like that. To cum means to have an orgasm. Yes most women can experience orgasm. It doesn't look like anything it feels in the brain very similar to a guys orgasm in the brain. As a matter of fact with practice it can become much more intense than a guys orgasm.
