Something that frustrates them both mentally and physically if they do not have any stimulation or a release.

  • No.
There is an unpleasant feeling, and of course it can be mentally frustrating, but there is nothing that's equivalent to what a guy may endure in a certain situation.
Most other girls I have talked to about it tend to underestimated it, perhaps because of lack of experience with it, but I've seen first hand how bad it can be on a guy. We have no equivalence.

  • Well, first of all, "blue balls" is kind of a bullshit term to begin with. Yes, if you have a raging hard-on for a long time, you get an achy feeling. But it's not the end of the world.

Women get left without an orgasm quite often, and it's very frustrating. We can get a bit of an ache too.

    • Blue balls hurt!

  • yes. There have been a few times where my boyfriend got me all worked up and right on the edge when someone came over unexpectedly, leaving us unable to continue.
I like to call that feeling of discomfort/frustration 'pink balls'.

  • Yes but I don’t think we have a name for it besides blue balls. Blue clit? I don’t know but it’s really frustrating and sometimes painful

  • Yes, women can have a physical response to prolonged sexual arousal. It can result in discomfort or pain if it’s extreme.

    • What physical response do women receive because when guy gets blue ball it get so bad he can't even walk. It is like a linger pain that does go away unless he gets a release.

    • @Mr-chocolate In extreme cases, women can experience pain due to prolonged blood flow to the genitals. It’s not super common, but it happens.

  • I don't think we have (?), but getting hit at our boobs is pretty painful.

  • It's mentally frustrating but it doesn't physically hurt.

  • we get sore and dry. so yes.

  • Isn't it called a dry spell.

    • That's just another way to say "lacking in sex for a while" but it does not count as it can be applicable to both genders.

    • But it's mostly used for women

    • Not that I've heard of. I've heard it used for both.

  • I don’t think women experience the physical pain of blue balls but it feels bad. Not painful but bad.

  • Ja, it's called "blue bean" last I remember.
